Newlight Youth Development Foundation is a Non-Govt, Non-Profit & Voluntary.  It is established in 2016 with the initiative or some social workers of Bangladesh at promoting the life status of poor and disadvantaged people of Bangladesh especially for women and children. Newlight Youth Development Foundation believes in non-directive, bottom up, integrated and participatory development formwork and acts as a catalyst with its concerned Newlight Youth Development Foundation is implementing deferent development activities since its inception for the poor and disadvantaged.

Background: Newlight Youth Development Foundation is a government, local, development organization. was established in 2016 the with the initiation of  a group educated like-minded  social workers with an aim to promote the socio-economic and cultural status of the rural poor and vulnerable people emphasizing the women and children. It is formed as local level community based non-government, non political non profitable organization. It is working to ensure women rights and leadership and also socio-economic development of the urban and rural under privileged people of Bangladesh and establishment of their basic rights in the Organization .

7.Mission: undertake some exceptional intensive program for the poor, unemployed, oppress, destitute, asset less,  exploited people for urban and rural areas of Bangladesh to bring positive changes in the life style in the Organization.

8. Vision: Newlight Youth Development Foundation is established for empowering poor and vulnerable people, especially the women and children in the Organization.

Goal: The challenges of Newlight Youth Development Foundation therefore are to emerge with a strong voice that says there must be better lives and way o living assured for everyone. very practically. however Newlight Youth Development Foundation endeavors to end discrimination against women, the level of  poverty and inequality in our Organization.

To identity and organize the disadvantaged people in group for the improvement of their  living standard.

To facilitate organized group members in raising their social awareness and enable them to find out root causes of poverty and hunger.

To establish human right especially for the women and children and  reduce violence and discrimination.

To make a Safety communication and sustainable environment.

To eradicate the literacy by formal and non-formal education.

To aware the Gender development and their nights establishment.

To improve the awareness of the poor about their deprivation and exploitation   through legal aid training.

To promote sustainable Agriculture. Crops  production and nursery development and animal Fisheries development.

To Ensure Water & Sanitation tactless to the target people.

To improve the socio- economic status of the target groups by developing the habit of saving, providing skill training and Micro Credit support.

To provide relief and rehabilitation supports to the disaster people during natural calamities.

Newlight Youth Development Foundation approach to development of people centered and participatory. It focuses on the development of the people rather than the introduction of a particular technology or upon increasing production. Newlight Youth Development Foundation will always try to facilitate a process of change in which the people are not merely the object of development efforts, but rather are themselves the prime movers-planners, implementers and evaluators of their own development. Newlight Youth Development Foundation  hardly believes that people are important and they have a tremendous capacity  for change.
